  • Handcrafted or customized items may require additional time; this will be mentioned on the product page.

2. Shipping Within India

  • We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.).
  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
    4–7 business days (varies by location).
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen events (strikes, weather, holidays) are beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location & weight.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or service charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email/WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier service and may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.
  • In such cases:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply.
    • Refunds are not provided for issues caused by incorrect address details.

6. Packaging & Quality Check

  • Each product is carefully checked before packing.
  • Our packaging ensures that items arrive safely and remain protected during transit.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • While we partner with reliable couriers, delays or rare losses can occur.
  • We will assist you in raising a claim with the courier.
  • Hammari Kalamkari is not liable for courier-related delays beyond our control.
